We walk along the paths leading to the tombs, observing carefully… The necropolis, which dates back to the pre-Nuragic period (about 3300-2800 BC), is composed of a series of hypogea, dug into the limestone rock and used over the centuries.

Charm of ancient times

Each tomb holds a different story, with its unique decorations and features, offering a fascinating glimpse into the rites and customs of a distant time. The structure of these artificial caves varies, depending on the period of construction and the characteristics of the terrain: the oldest ones are well-shaped with an irregular plan, while the most recent ones have a more regular corridor structure, generally arranged in a T or radial pattern.
